Exchange & Refund Policy:
Thank you for shopping with Tygaly Activewear. We offer a full refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will be ineligible for a refund or exchange of any kind. To receive a full refund, all items must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
After we receive your items, our team will inspect each item and process your return. Money will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
To initiate the exchange or refund process, please email: ty-galy@outlook.com and include your full name, Invoice number, item number (SKU number), and reason for the return or exchange.
